We are Guns and Garters. Not so long ago we were part of the Pistols
and Petticoats group.
We are an Old West Reenactment group located in
the Inland Empire in Southern California, dedicated to
the preservation of the lifestyles from the time period of 1870 to
1890 and perform shows/skits depicting the life and times of the Old
West while dressed in clothing true to that era. The RGA provides us with insurance for our
performances covering our actors, any animals, and the spectators.
Our shows are all family-oriented.
They are usually comedy-based or are based on a moral message.
We are constantly creating new shows and revamping our old shows in
order to supply a changing variety of entertainment. Our shows are
acceptable for children of all ages and do not contain excessive
bloodshed or intensive drama.
Among other places, our troupe has
performed at Calico Ghost Town, Apple Valley Happy Trails Round
Up, Wyatt Earp Days in Tombstone, parades, and public events.
We've traveled as far as San Diego, Carson City, and Tombstone. We are award winning and well
known in the wild west circles.
We are available to add atmosphere
to your convention,
private functions, business promotion, rodeo, grand opening, wedding,
company picnic, reunion, or just about any event that needs wild west flavor.
Have town; will travel.
We have our own portable Old West
Town which includes a jail, a sheriff's office, a saloon, a mercantile store, and a bank. Our town is available for your events and adds a great
deal of old west atmosphere.
